I’m new—where do I start?
Jump into the Tutorial (it’s short, we promise!) to learn basics like controls, objectives, and your first rewards. Then try Easy Mode to get comfy before tackling harder challenges.
What’s the fastest way to earn in - game currency?
Complete Daily Missions (they reset daily, so don’t miss ‘em!), finish Story Levels, and participate in Events—most games shower you with coins/gems for these.
How do I unlock rare characters/weapons?
Earn “Rare Tickets” from hard - mode levels, trade in - game points at the Shop, or grind Event Rewards—rare drops often hide in Boss Fights too!
Why can’t I beat this level? Any tips?
Check your gear/loadout—upgrade weapons, swap characters, or try a new strategy (e.g., sneak past enemies instead of fighting). Online guides/community tips might also have hidden tricks!
I lost my account—can I recover it?
Yes! Go to Settings → “Account Recovery” and use your linked email/phone/social account. Always bind your account to avoid losing progress!
Is it safe to buy in - game items from third - party sites?
No! Third - party sellers often scam or get your account banned. Only use the game’s official Shop or trusted platforms listed in the app.
